CANCELLATION policy

 In effect as of July 19th,2015

We require 48 hours notice for any cancellation.  

Any cancelation with less than 48 hours notice will be charged a $20.00 fee per kennel booked.  

For all long weekends, March Break and during the Christmas season the fee is increased to a $40.00 charge.  If picking up your dog a day early without 48 hours notice a $20.00 fee also applies
